CROSS PLAINS - Robert F. Joy, 73, died Wednesday in an Abilene
hospital.
Services will be at 3 p.m. today in Higginbotham Funeral Home Chapel
with Charles Chesshir officiating. Burial will be in Cottonwood Cemetery.
Mr. Joy was born in Cottonwood and served with the U.S. Army during
World War II. He was a member of the Church of Christ.
Survivors include two sisters, Bobbie Brown of Cross Plains and
Katherine Winchester of Cisco; and several nieces and nephews.
