1910 Census, the Thirteenth Census of the United States - 1910 Population, for Callahan County, Precinct 3.

The Enumeration area for Precinct three was described as:

Precinct 3, Enumeration district 12: All east of a line beginning at the north west corner of section 24, B. O. H. land owned by Russell Andrews and Heyser, about ? miles north of the Census of the Cottonwood and Putnam and the old Sipe Springs and Belle Plaine Public Road, thence south following said Cottonwood and Putnam Road centrally through the town of Cottonwood, following Center St., of said town, thence on south and south easterly following the Cottonwood and Cross Plains Public Road to the S. B. line of the R. A. Pennell survey of land at the south east corner of A. W. Booth's 200 acre tract of land out of said Pennell survey.

Precinct 3, Enumeration district 13: All west of a line beginning at the north west corner of section 24, B. O. H. land owned by Russell Andrews and Heyser, about 3/4 miles north of the Census of the Cottonwood and Putnam and the old Sipe Springs and Belle Plaine Public Road, thence south following said Cottonwood and Putnam Road centrally through the town of Cottonwood, following Center St. of said town, thence on south and south easterly following the Cottonwood and Cross Plains Public Road to the S. B. line of the R. A. Pennell survey of land at the south east corner of A. W. Booth's 200 acre tract of land out of said Pennell survey.
